Yesterday, 4/12, was the first day I walked both TO and FROM work. That's over 10 miles in one day. I figured I had a lot to catch up to, since I missed a few days last week due to crappy weather. Did around 5 miles altogether as well today. I did feel exhausted after yesterday's 10 mile. This morning the wind was very rough, so I didn't go the full route. It is important to remember, that you don't want to burn out. Pushing yourself to the limit is fine sometimes, but if you strive for it too often, it may become a burden and a chore. ...
